I’m a certified meditation and breathwork instructor, mental trainer, NLP coach and holistic health coach.
With roots on the west coast of Norway, nature, stillness and simple rhythms have always been a natural part of my life — and they continue to shape the way I live and work today.
I'm passionate about helping people reconnect with themselves through breath, presence and a holistic approach to health. I believe in the wisdom of the body and in the idea that the greatest transformations often begin with small, conscious shifts.
In my work, I combine meditation, breathwork, mindfulness, mental training and NLP with a focus on understanding the body, regulating the nervous system and creating change that truly lasts.
My goal is not to push for transformation, but to create the conditions for safety, awareness and sustainable habits that can naturally become part of everyday life.
